Stainless Steel Exhaust On Rb20

Hi all,

Im tried to look but cant find much info.

Im looking at going from a mild steel, 3 inch dump, high flow cat, through to a cannon.

To a stainless steel system with the same dump, high flow and cannon.

I have spoken to one person who said it would sound to tinny and i wouldnt like it.

But i'd like to get everyone elses ideas and thoughts on these systems before i blow my cash.

98% of modified Skylines have a stainless exhaust.

pfft i prefer the sound of stainless and titanium than mild anyway. each to there own.

You could get a custom one made of thicker stainless pipe and get the same noise as ur mild one. the 'tinny' noise you talk about (which i wouldn't say they are) is just because SS generally comes with thinner walled piping due to it's properties. titanium is normally thinner again.

stainless all the way will last longer the ones that say mild r just jealous lol...
