What Rear Bar To Get

hey all. dad reversed my autech into the letter box the other day. ive gotten a quote for 750-800 ish to fix it. its the bottom drivers corner.. cracked the plastic. its going to have to be plastic welded back etc etc. i thaught rather than do that. maybe i could look at getting either a 2nd hand bar. or somthing eles. not sure i want to go viva... just coz its shit imo

Pics Adam...? Just got mine back from the repairers (Extensive Restorations in Lonsdale) after having the bumper squashed up after a tail ender and you wouldn't even tell it had been damaged - damn good job. Not sure if 260 bars are different from others - haven't really paid that much attention!

don't go to viva for a rear bar, darrinspencer and mrRs4 have both had to cut and extend the side wrap arounds on their bars to make them fit

If you go with another type you may have to modify the exhaust cutout in the bumper. I just fit a 260RS bumper to mine with an exhaust made for an RS-4 and the autech's hole is not only a lot bigger, but not centered in the same spot to give room for the stock exhaust.

It's not the best angle to show what I'm describing but you get the idea... muffler tip is at the outer edge of the cutout.
