R33 Dash light and Stock Boost Gauge

this may seem a little silly but what is the HICAS light on the dash? and whats the conversion rate for the stock boost gauge as i don't know what my skyline runs boost at?

+7 on your standard boost gage is approx 1 bar, 14.69 pounds

the hicas light comes on when you have an error with the hicas system.

it has something to do with the 4 wheel steer... must be me but i can't notice the back wheel moving when i tried full lock.

I don't think the HICAS is like those kind of 4 wheel steering.

You are thinking something like the old Prelude with the 4ws. Those type of 4ws are for parkings and the rear wheels turns marginally.

The HICAS 4ws only shift when you are actually turning corner while travelling. I guess it makes turning a bit easier, but some people don't like it and rather lock it up for track.

hay mate, so what is the normal boost gage goes without boost controller? Mine's mix only can go around +3.5 on the standard boost gage. Is that normal?

=3.5 is normal hence half of 1 bar~7psi.(stock boost)
