hey guys.

just wondering if anyone can tell me what the differences between the rb20det in the gts4 and the gtst is?

i know sump is different, attatched to front diff, and gearbox is different.

im thinkn about converting to rwd, my rb20 is comin to the ends of its life at nearly 200,000kms, and im thinkn rb25, but i wanna know what exactly i may need. i wanna keep the car, has a lot of blood sweat and tears gone into it and alot of stuff i dont want to do again lol.

already have a turbo set up to suit rb25, so do i just need rb25 with plenum side, loom and ecu?

nah i wanna totally get rid of front drive shafts and diff, dont want 4wd anymore... as i never use it, had car for 3 years or so now, and mostly run it rwd with fuse pulled out, its just dead extra weight for me, at the least, my current rb20det off gts4 is still running ok, whats the difference between that and normal gtst rb20? just the sump and diff assemebly?

so if i wanted to remove my front diff, to get rid of 4wd, what will i need to do? assuming:

-gtst sump, gtst bell housing to fit gtr style gearbox onto the rb20.

-take out driveshafts and diff, and put everything together?
