Marlin
Fuel tank position I reckon..... I can't think of anything else that could be the culprit. Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/278029-bens-r32-gtst-build/page/33/#findComment-5804259 Share on other sites
DJRIFT
from the corner weighting of mine and others the drivers side is heavier than the passenger side. i would say that the adjustments made to even the front out has offset the rear. unless you have adjustable sway bar links. (rose joint style) than any change in ride height or spring pre-load afects the car somewhere elce. did you do the adjusting Woo Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/278029-bens-r32-gtst-build/page/33/#findComment-5805292 Share on other sites
Marlin
Yes I adjusted it. But I have all standard links etc, the corner weights are only adjusted via the coil overs. All 32's are simply heavier on the driver's side, come to think of it, so is Berry's 34, but by a LOT more than this. (Obviously the 4WD driveline has a lot to do with that). To my mind, it's more important to have equal weight on the front to minimise brake lockup. TiTAN
Your never going to know without sticking a camera in there. But one of the circuit r32's down here has a greddy oil pressure gauge, and the warning light alwyas comes on under brakes. The other R32 down here that is quicker doesn't have a gauge, and that ran a bearing at the v8 supercar round last year, it was suspected it was under brakes. But we really don't know i have noticed on a couple of occasions mine has gotten low oil pressure under brakes and in some.one elses car i have noticed the warning light come on under brakes, never had an issue round corners. sav man
We dataloged the oil pressure light on a circuit r32 on the weekend, and under brakes the light does come on, but it's not long enough to light the bulb (2 tenth's of a sec) Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/278029-bens-r32-gtst-build/page/33/#findComment-5818990 Share on other sites

PHaT MR30
I was talking to Woo yesterday and thought how cool it would be (if you didn't have tyre usage to worry about), scando and on the handbrake into that hairpin on Riana... Bring more spectators thats for sure! Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/278029-bens-r32-gtst-build/page/33/#findComment-5820339 Share on other sites

Don't run them mate, outa sight, outa mind (only half joking) I'm with you, I have a boost gauge and that is it Everything else is going to tell me my motor is going to be f**ked, I'd rather be told by the motor itself haha Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/278029-bens-r32-gtst-build/page/33/#findComment-5820465 Share on other sites
sav man
I've been told by my engine once, and so has the car we were logging. I've found getting told by the engine is gay, cause you need to replace it after it tells you Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/278029-bens-r32-gtst-build/page/33/#findComment-5820556 Share on other sites
MBS206
I've had 3 engines in my car... The first let go with all gauges connected. The second let go on it's first venture with all gauges connected The third lasted a lot longer then the other two, purely because I only had the tacho and boost gauge connected... Reconnected oil pressure and the motor shit itelf 6 hours later... Fourth motor is going in at the moment... Edit: Oh, and LOVE those pics!!!
