El Dial Switch

I am looking for a EL Dial Switch/Module like the one in the picture below. Can someone help me out? Needs to be working of course.

afaik theyre just a variable resistor take it to dick smith and change the pot switch... jaycar would even replace it for you too

Mine is not completely stuffed, it switches on and off randomly. So you still think it is the resistor?

I went to Jaycar but they were not sure which resistor was required. =( Do you know which one it needs?

anyone got one? it's the switch/module for my illuminous dials. I have the Reverse Style EL dials that fit on top of the original speedo/cluster.

I am desperate and will even buy a whole new complete kit if I have to to get the switch.

If anyone knows exactly how to fix my current switch that would be even better.
