hey everyone

bsi29bqbwkkgrhgookj8ejl.th.jpg

i was told i shouldnt use one of these.

are there any negatives in using a flange adapter for an external wastegate? i know that my turbo will sit lower.

are theyjust as good as a flange welded to the manifold?

is it the cheapest way to fit an external wastegate?

im looking to run no more than 18psi and around 240rwkw.

what size wastegate and what wastegate would you recommend? cheapest please.

From all accounts ive heard / seen, they are completly useless, for starters they are nearly impossible to bolt up and most people weld them to the manifold.

they will take a 35 or 38mm waste gate with a Tial type 2 bolt flange.

and depending on how much it costs, most of them I have seen are nearly as much as a cheapy china top mount manifold so you might as well go that way.

but really for 240kw Id just stay Internal gate
