Hi all I'm new here just got an R34 gt-t and I'm experiencing what I think is fuel cut. My car has a hks evc boost controller and it seems to show about 100 kpa as peak hold when the car suddely loses power under acceleration. I'm wondering if it's possibly the stock ecu is doing this?? I have an hks fcon v-pro computer but it's just a piggy back, is there a stock ecu fuel cut and at what pressure? Does anyone know if this computer remove the stock ecu fuel cut?

You can raise the boost cut by soldering 2 x signal diodes in line with the signal wire from the boost sensor (middle of the firewall) 2 diodes will give you up to about a 16psi cut with no ill effects (unless you car isn't properly tuned for higher boost)

R34's can boost cut anywhere from 12-14psi colder days and denser air can drop the cut pressure a little. Either way, the second the ECU sees 4.7v from that sensor it will stop your fun.
