Battery In Boot

You either need a vented box or a battery with a vent which you connect a hose to and run it down the hole on the left side of the battery. It came new with a vented battery, there out there but a vented box looks better and is cheaper than a new battery.

Reason being is that if it leaks you get fumed in the cab if its not vented, if you think about it, it makes sense safety wise.

Same goes for surge tanks.

battery come std in the boot. therefore it is design to be in the boot.

if you look on the right side of the boot there is an airfilter and an opening which helps vent any so call gases ...
