G;day fellars kinda really stuck here need your help

the build i have atm is holden s2 rb30 bottom end and 1997 rb25 de head with vct . the problem is im very concerned about the vct line . where it goes from ect .. atm the vct outlet on the head has been plugged up (RIGHT hand side from balancer)and the vct controllers n cams are still in the head. the head has the det turbo springs to suit the application. where do i run the lines from and to where the . accordinally the oil outlet on the block must be fitted with a t piece of 1/8th british standard pipe. one line goes to the turbo and the other side of the t goes to the outlet on the head. your help will be greatly appreciated. Works perfectly and MUCH easier, don't bother with external lines.
