Cheap Towing, Who Can Tow A Car Cheap For Me?

Hi Guys,

I called a towing company and they told me it would cost $200 to tow a car 65 k's, Which I think is a bit much. Who is a good company to call or anyone on here got a truck and can help me out.

Is it driveable ? If it is you can get a one day rego from the department of transport i think from memory its about $35 and that will let you drive the car from point a to point b on that day.

not trying to bump an old thread, just wanted to add my experience with springfield lakes towing.

Couldnt be happier with the service. Jo (tow truck operator) took extreme care with my car and was a pleasure to deal with. I have full confidence in him and would trust him towing my car even if I wasnt with him for the journey. If you need your car towed definately give him a call

I got my car towed by imperial towing, he charged me $90 to tow my car 40KM. I thought that was a pretty good deal.
