2 Way Viper Issue

i have a viper installed a year ago (i know there shit etc etc )

the doors now dont remotely lock / unlock as of today?

i just left it at the work car park and was not doing anything else odd?

should i take it back to the shop who installed it?

or what should i do?

take it back to where it was fitted, dont mess with it yourself, get them to check it, if they're half decent they'll fix it for free.

ok pgaer aalrm - 791? if so what channel is it set on? by default it should be 1.

I had a problem with my black widow alarm, doors wouldn't un/lock remotely but would do so if I stuck the key into the door barrel.

I took it to Ryda in Sydney who fixed it - they found a dodgey connection between the central locking mechanism on the driver door and the alarm module.

It's all good now.
