A hot-day dyno sorts out the well-tuned from the poorly-tuned.

Sure the power might be down a bit, but if the engine isn't happy on 40+ days, then the car isn't usable in Adelaide during summer!

(My Z had it's first power runs in a 45+ workshop - with the a fully custom turbo kit. Yes I was nervous...)

At this stage the day wont be going ahead as know one has got back to me about being cool with times etc as we need at least 12 on the rollers to even make it a day. Im also thinking the missus is going to be having bubs before the day aswell.

Welcome to the SA stag community . You could put your car on the rollers just to see if its behaving well ect even though its stock..... Also will give you a base figure so you can see how much your mods are improving things as you do them If not im sure everyone will be fine with you coming down just to spectate and shoot the shit with us. So what is it? Series 1 or 2? RS4V or S or RS ...? Color ect ect...

Hope its not a stinking hot day :S Not sure if dyno runs on a stinker of a day is a good idea for a car haha

Ive got a 2001 m35 rs4. and i was kind of hoping to have had it on a dyno before the 14th for a proper tune and make sure all is well.

noticing the hotter weather is really having an effect on the performance. seems like a tuning issue to me. so if you know any one who knows their way around a m35 and a dyno let me know. but as far as catching up with others i'm keen as. need all the advise i can muster.

Perhaps its because not many people are fussed on times? Adam will take 8.30 and ill take the run after his? Put a time sheet together and just start putting names next to the slots and post it up and see if you get any bites

Well at this stage we have about 7 cars keen on going. As i Said they guy wont do it until we have 12 cars. We have had 3 cars pull out so not looking good at this stage. I really hope we can get it going if not i will try and organise another one in a cpl of weeks.

Truth be known, Adam and I think that the SA Stag crew has hit a weak spot or is falling apart a bit. Regulars havnt been present much of the late and then the shit house response to this.

Adam and myself will be organising a cruise soon that will be well advertised and we shall try and get EVERYONE out of the woodwork. Think theirs only a few members that are always present when the invites open and hats off to him!

good point chris,not sure what the problem is with the SA stagea guys lately,i know when i first brought my stag everyone on here was really welcoming and very willing to help me thro issue and questions i had about the car

maybe people think its all too tight knit and arent welcome if they rock up?dont know?

i was spewing yesterday that my car shat itself and ruined a few peoples day with not being able to go for a good drive like planned

but at the same time,not a single person left the group and no-one left me behind with a busted car,and everyone put in there 2cents with advice and tried to help
