Rb25det Into R32 Wiring Nightmare

hello my best freind is puting an rb25det into his 1990 4 door skyline. we baught the engine the harness and the ecu. the dash harness conecter is smashed so i believe that it will have to be hard wired. i need the wiring diagram and a pinout. would cutting the plug off the rb20det harness work will all the coulers of wires corrispond the the broken conecter?. any help appreciated need answers asap as the car is sitting at my freinds shop and he wants to get it started and out of their

ive seen wiring diagrams on google, im not shore where, but i was lookin it up for rb20det, and i found rb25, chek out google, it should helpp, if i find it again ill let u noo..
