these are height and damper adjustable, quite stiff spring rates, but i dont know exactly what they are.

They are screw adjustable for height, not circlip like the NA version.

dont make me go and take some pics of them, i cant be arsed.

i never used them, but as i dont have an r33 gt-r or r34 gt-t, i probably never will.

i wont be able to get pics till proably wed arvo, mainly cos they are under my house which has no lights and i've been leaving for work when its dark and getting home after dark. and ill be home early on wednesday.

but this is what Tein HA look like. this pic is NOT of my coilovers! although it may as well be as far as condition goes
