unfortunately we don't do that sort of printing, most commercial printers don't. I get the car stickers made up at a signwriting place (done on a vinyl cutter). But yep, that was the reason i first got roped into it!!! It was like "hey shell, you work in printing don't ya??"

Hey good luck in the venture! Are you gonna be independent, or a franchise of like, Snap Printing, or something?

Independant. We've got the capital and the printing machines you can't really loose on as they are an asset and easily resellable. The only problem would be building up a customer base. Just doing research at the moment. I'm really in it to get closer to my old man. Not that we're not close already. Who knows, something might come of it. You just have to take the risk.

URMINE, we're not jumping in the deep end with digital printers or anything like that. It'll just be your run of the mill printing shop using those big loud machine. My dad has a friend that's been in the trade since he was a young lad (about 25 years experience) who's willing to go in with him. He's part of the reason we are giving this a go. Should be a while away though. Gotta be careful with these things.

Hey URMINE, not sure if your a mod or not but what about this?

there are always gonna be a couple of sensible rules other than that.. as much as u wish and about whatever[/quote:721b9eb79a]

So if we post about a dodgey dealer or retailer who rips us off It will see the light of the board and not be deleted....posts such as this are a great help to us all in my opinion.

    • Quick update team , while I was getting the water pump replaced to got the Red Alpha Cold Air Intakes installed . Sourced from, Just Japanese in Sydney if anyone if looking at them for their RV37. It was a direct fit no issues , it took about 2 hours , with the instructions provided my AMS Performance - Link Below https://www.amsperformance.com/product/ams-performance-infiniti-q50-q60-red-alpha-carbon-fiber-cold-air-intake-kit/
    • You need to jam something inside it to stop it collapsing. A washer, a spacer, a something. Needs to stay up at the fully pumped up height. I still say you can measure centrelines with a collapsed hydro lifter. Whatever max lift is will be max lift regardless of the state of the lifter.
    • Yeah, I've been watching him since the first 4 posts all arrived.
    • Quick update Guys , managed to get the water pump replaced . I first my mechanic went back and forth with Nissan AU (4 weeks) and they weren't much help, at the end they noted something about not supporting imports. So I soured the part myself from Japan. If anyone has similar issue here is the part numbers  Genuine Nissan PUMP ASSY-WATER - 21010-4HK0E Genuine Nissan Gasket - 21014-4HK0A  Cost me about $230 including shipping (I had in within 10 days thanks to Blackhawk in Japan)  They are basically the same as the Red Sport or even the new Zed - here is link to a supplier in US who helped me confirm the parts matched  https://www.z1motorsports.com/water-pump-fan-and-thermostat/nissan/oem-14-20-vr30ddtt-water-pump-p-10167.html You can change it yourself if you like , but I had my local workshop do it , it was about 5 hours of labour.  Cheers  Pac
    • +1 for these guys, they just made me a custom muffler for another car (old Merc V8 not a Skyline) and they are legends to work with and do very nice work at a reasonable price.
