Gtr34 Any Horror Stories

I have just bought a 1998 R34 GTt and obsolutely love it. Thinking about upgarding to the GTR but only have about 50K to spend. What can I get for this as I want to go for low kms and as new to an 02 model as possible.

For all the owners out there what are the serious pit falls of owning one, any horrendous problems?

Is it a total pain to drive in traffic as this will be used everyday to travel to and from work in the CBD?

Appreciate any input on this one.

Given the age of these cars, more and more will come up with some form of bingle in its lifetime. No doubt there will be accident-free cars around but will become more harder to find as time goes past.

I dont find any problems with purchasing a repaired car, as long as it's fixed correctly and not involved in a big accident like having strut towers to be repaired.
