Got a crazy ex girlfriend threatening me over the phone to key my car

(obviously she knows where i live)

she called the mobile and threatened.

If the car does get keyed is that enough evidence to kinda put the pin on her or not?

unless you have a witness or video footage you got jack shit. your word against hers. somthing similar happened to me but much worse damage...cops took the weapons used, i gave names...still nothing has happend.

There isnt much you could really if she did keyed your car as that couldve been anyone! photo proof or a camera proof could do the job! its pretty hard to pin point her even if she said she was going to if you got no proof of doing it, as she would also deny it if u bring the situation further.

i suggest you talk it out?, or park ur car in the garage at all times for the next yr or until shes over it haha.

by the way mine was a silver gts series 2, with personalised plates...must be somthing bout that colour n model lol
