Importing A Car From Nz

Hey

Have a couple of questions about importing say, a skyline or a 200sx etc over from New Zealand.

if we were to do it, are we able to drive it on the roads with no problems? how difficult will it be to register after all the compliance stuff?

do you have to own the car for a certain amount of time before you can bring it over?

so basically what would stop us from doing so?

any help would be appreciated

i tried to do a bit of research about it, but failed!
