R34 Gtt And The Ecu

Like the title says, does the R34 ecu have a safe/limp mode? If It does what causes it to enter that mode?

My cars been playing up a little lately, somedays the the boost level goes up to the normal range of around .7 but then it will just drop and only go as high as .5. Its rather annoying.

I'll take a stab in the dark and say overfuelling/running rich if you don't have any ecu management/remap or a fuel pump on its way out? The GTT is in limp mode until it warms up after first starting it up in the morning.

Check your air filter at all ? It could also just be the weather ..colder air will give you more boost. Or does it just cut out at .5 bar? Hm not very helpful I know .. hang on, someone will be with you soon with more usefu/accuratel tips.
