he took photos of the number plate,ebc,fmiz,turbo timer and the exhaust. did the licence and reg check asked me if it was mine or stolen and then said that i will be getting a letter in the mail soon.

It's not unusual at all, it's called evidence. Police are smarter these days. Yup. You'll be off to the EPA for sure.

i had the same thing, got pulled for doing nothing then the fcukwit, i mean cop took photo's and gave me defects on items that are engineered. its going to court even after i sent a letter to the state dept and contacted the NSW onbudsmen who said "if its engineered i cant see how you recieved a defect".

its all bullshit, you mod your car and go the expensive way so it can be engineered then supercop comes along and all of a sudden a engineers certificate means nothing. NOTHING!!!!!!!!!

How long does it usually take an EPA to arrive?

You will definately recieve a letter from the EPA, but your in real trouble if you have mods that are visible in your engine bay, then expect your car to be inspected by an EPA Authorised Officer. That photo isnt for nothing....
