Peculiar Flash Drive Thingo Found Under Cntr Console.

I was installing some wireing and had to remove the centre console under which I found this :--

double click the image again when it comes up and it will enlarge further.

I spent a couple of rather worried minutes trying to find where it may have droped out before relievedly realising that it was just a UFO .

I'm just wondering if anyone knows what it actualy is -or does ?

It doesn't fit in a conventional flash drive slot and the only thing near where it was found is the airbag computer thingo to which it did not appear to belong.

Looks to be an emergency phone charger.. Samsung by the look of it..

looks like a back up phone charger to me for an old vodafone phone

It appears to be two Panasonic AA batteries held inside of a clear case.

The case appears to be electronic in nature, and has an extension to plug into some sort of opening.
