What Power Output ?

Hi Guys,

Im wondering what kind of power output the following mods should produce.

The car is R32 GTR with :

New N1 turbos

Power FC

3' exhaust

Pod filters

and heavy duty clutch.

car is currently producing 175kw@wheels with these mods. Which i think is low. Car is running stock boost though.

they make more then that completely stock.... depending on boost 230-280kw

Definetly something wrong there, My mate bought a r33 Gtr not long ago stock besides hks pods and a 3inch exhaust and that had 215atw's stock boost

This is a car im thinking of buying.

These figures are also at all 4 wheels not just rear wheels.

Well ive got two mates with R32's both stock turbo's and both with boost restrictor taken out... one makes 212@wheels with mines rom and the other 172 with exhaust and filters. I know the restrictor moves boost upto 12-14 psi. where as stock is around 7-10psi.

Standard GTR's R32 model with no mods are around the 150 mark ???

I thought 175@wheels for the N1's and power fc is way too low... should be around the 220 mark on stock boost. Im guessing the tune on the power fc could be the problem.

Ive got the guy to book his car into racepace for a tune and a check over on tues....

Fingers crossed it just needs a tune. Power FC was 2nd hand when put on his car wouldnt surprise me if it was programmed for previous car.

Also what rev's should N1's come on boost ???
