Pretty good but a bit over the top. You've got to wonder what a side vent that big would be used for on an FR car. The smaller vent at the bottom would be enough for rear brakes, then there's the f40 type vents, the ones on the bonnet seem too far back to be cooling anything but I guess they would have to have a purpose, but then there's the back ones again. What are they cooling?

Function criticism aside I actually like it as far as over the top body kits go.

Fake like a $12 bill!

Haha!!

The rendering is an artist's idea of what a Top Secret R35 might look like.

It's not meant to be a rendering of an actual car - it's a concept rendering. I thought it was pretty interesting.

Yeah I know man, I see where your coming from.

It's quite an aggressive bodykit render.

Yeah I like it too :D

It'll be interesting to see if the rendering influences any of the bodykit manufacturers in Japan.

I always like more aggressive styling like that :)

This image has been around for a long time and posted many times.

I spoke with Hyobu Shibuki about this render in June which Top Secret were aware of and was told jokingly "that it was ridiculous, it has the Nardo 400 stickers on it not those ones shh" lol

The vents on the fender tops look good, though smashed windscreens from track debris would get very old, very quickly.

Looks like a prop for the next Fast and the Furious flick, no thanks! ...credit tho for the artistic talent and imagination. Stock R35 is sn incredibly horn looking piece of kit, anymore plastic or graphics just ruins it for me.

the vents on teh rear could be used for cooling the gearbox. Or simply for cooling cores for gearbox, diffs and engine. Who knows how u could affect the weight balance or what it might do the the aero...

Yeah the airflow would be affected a lot. The German DTM Touring cars also run some pretty wild aero on the rear. Here's a couple of examples ...

    • Might be tricky matching the seat trim material  If your got the funds you "may" want to get the rear re-trimed as well to match the front
    • How much is it to re-uploster?  Well that's a "how longs a piece of string?" question !  And I answer thusly: "twice half its length! " . . . . . .  Seriously you'll have to chase multiple quotes for that one from different uphlostrerereres !  Ask around, in your area and on the forums, chase reviews and most of all see the finished product in person cause photoshop is a wonderful thing !
    • Hey everyone!!  I've noticed that whenever I do my oil changes, after putting 4L in, the oil level sits at the top mark in the dipstick. This is after letting the old oil drain for a very long time too! I've checked the oil level daily for the past few mornings. It happens every time and it's confusing because all the threads say that it should take about 4.7L (With some just adding the full 5L) My next thought is to figure out if the dipstick I have is correct so could someone please tell me the length of the RB25DET engine oil dipstick?  I've checked images of some of the genuine dipsticks, but none of them have the length in it. https://justjap.com/products/genuine-nissan-engine-oil-level-dipstick-fits-nissan-r34-skyline-c34-stagea-c35-laurel-y34-cedric-gloria-rb25de-t-neo?currency=AUD&srsltid=AfmBOortQXofgmiHVRKuIaiKuygL4k0Ewp68c3isGZk0vvKOJ7Yqf3iB However.... the engraving on the genuine ones say 05002 while mine says AA000. This makes me believe that maybe I have a wrong dipstick? I just want to confirm before I buy a new one. The car is a fresh import from Japan so I don't have details of the previous owner to ask him. Thanks in advance 🙏🏾
