Beelzebub89
So finally got my suspension sorted this weekend. Guards were rolled on Friday afternoon so I have no more scrubbing hurrah. Dan got my suspension in on Saturday so Dad and I spent all day Saturday and till 12 today stripping out the old stuff and installing all the new gear. Few minor problems were encountered over weekend but we got around it all in the end. The new bushes for the front camber arms went in alright until we tried to bolt up the front end of em. Couldn't for the life of me get the bastard to line up properly. Ended up undoing the back side again and sliding the bolt out one side so we had a bit more movement. Then using a big flat blade screwdriver and block of wood we ended getting everything to line up and bolted it all up. The only other problem we had was getting the rear driver's side shock out. The f**ker just didn't want to come out, I think it was getting caught on the bush at the bottom or something. We had been trying to get it out for about an hour and a half when we decided to quit for the day, it was about 6:00pm, so when we were trying to get it all back in position the bastard thing basically fell out. Couldn't believe it lol. So we fitted up that corner and called it a day. This morning I got up early and stripped out the other side with no problems whatsoever. Got all the new stuff fitted up and then put in the rear crossmember bushes. All in all a good, productive weekend Here's the pics, I think it looks awesome Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/282583-suspension-upgrade/ Share on other sites

Beelzebub89
thats hotsauce but i don't think my car will ever be that slow. Its a daily driver at the moment so having it slammed like that will be more trouble than its worth. Parag0n
Nice work, car looks good, not low enough to scrape, but too look good. Why the Bilsteins though? My car came with Bilstein coilovers stock and I have to say they were terrible, replaced them with Tein SS had a much nicer ride. Though I'd give my left nut for a set of OHLINS anyday.
