Its a pretty broad question

Personally I'd go with the 34, newer, more attractive etc etc.

Make sure you get one with low kays, and have a look around the exhaust to see if there is much oil on the bumper. Better still get the owner to rev it to 2000, then 3000, then 4000 only for a few seconds and see if there is any junk coming out.

Take it for a drive and listen for any unusual sounds or behavior

Theyre both good really I just prefer 34's to 33's

Either one with low Kms and strong service history; not ragged around the edges and no disturbing signs.

Check the VIN to see if the car has come from Hokkaido where they salt the roads & rust is prevalent.

Do compression tests & take a mechanic (and if poss a panelbeater friend) with you for inspections.

Probably prefer a R33 GT-R over a R34 GT-T over the still nice R33 GTsT. Depreciation is better with the GT-R.

Does your licence permit a GT-R? A couple of good R32 GT-Rs at Top Secret and Powerplay atm...

(I'd be careful about leaving a deposit at the latter tho' until they trade their way out of...)
