Headunit Fuse Question

Hi everyone,

I would be installing a Boss 635CA (Link) head unit in my car and I want to know what current-rating fuse I need. My factory stereo, which is a stock casette player with radio, has a 7.5 ampere fuse. Is that good enough? I am just powering the standard 4 speakers sytem, 2 in the front and 2 in the back. All are about 5.25''.

that should be fine for the fuse rating.. if it blows that look into a bad wiring on the circuit.

the boss comes with its own fuse on the harness if I remember right, just leave it inline as well to be safe
