Help With Da Wheel Hop

I'm just wanting to know if anyone can tell me what might be some of the reasons i get wheel hop(not 100% sure if this is correct term) in my stock r33 gtst series 1.5?

When wheels start to spin and then you give it a bit more the back wheels will keep spinning but will start to bounce. Doesn't really matter if is from a stop start or if you already have momentum.

Any help/advise would be great.
