Thanks mate. Excuse my complete ignorance on the subject but Im presuming thats a good thing as the tyres wont scrub on the strut.

The guys running 19x10.5 with +15 dont have scrubbing issues which means I should be sweet with a 19x10 +11 and it should sit pretty flush with the guards

Yeah if your 10.5J+17 wern't hitting the struts then there is no need to worry it just means with the 10J+11 you will have 12mm extra inner clearance. And to answer your question, yes the 10J+11 will have more dish in that the wheel width overall is smaller but the outer position is the same and the inner clearance is greater.
