hey peepx, just got a new bonnet which will be installed in a weeks time but did a trial fit and took pics of it. And also the CF gauge holder which i had for awhile but too lazy to take any pics. finally took pics of it and thought i should share it here. Pardon me for the crappy pics taken on my mobile. Next should be a turbo upgrade if business goes well.

Hate to break it to ya bud but the bonet will definately be illegal. Not only for the obvious fact that it's carbon fiber, but also because of the rear facing vents. The pod guage looks ok though, though I would paint it to match the dash as it doesn't really blend in or look like it belongs, but that's just my opinion

yea, thats what i thought but when i saw it in the flesh, i realized that the center part, there are no holes which means i have no vents facing me? with the gauge i think its not matching the surround as well! hence i am looking around for CF surround right now. damn, now i sound like a CF sucker. lol

But yeah personally I'd be looking at doing something about the colour of the CF surround, but definately a +1 for awesome on the Deffi guages too They aren't cheap, but they are bloody good.

Word has it that Deffi do a replacement instrument cluster for the standard in-dash R32 GTR clusters, want to have a look into that But also, not cheap, something around the $800 mark I hear? Still want to look into it

I cant see any issue with the gauge cluster..... doesnt matter that its CF.

Bonnet is a bit iffy but meh looks good.

i was actually deciding between this bonnet and the CF top secret one but went for this because top secret is in Vic and i cant trial fit it.

it is pretty 'loud' to be honest but good for a change for a different look. will def have to keep the stock bonnet just in case.
