Hey guys,

I bought some 6000k HID globes but I'm not sure what I have to do to re-install the stock fitting.

The twin cable bellow I assume has been added during compliance to feed straight to the halogen globe. Any ideas on what I need to do to get the original fitting back up and working?

Cheers.

Doesnt that cable unplug from the halogen and into the original setup?

Im not sure exactly how the factory xenon's work, ive only done conversions, but wouldnt the source be the same for both set-ups? Just that they would unplug the factory set-up and install the halogens... ?

what sort off globes do u have? u still have to buy the kit to actually do it though, because im pretty sure they took the ballast off at compliance..

im trying to get the xenon too, been doing research for the last couple days and looks like it is not just a matter of plugging the bulbs and some rewiring to get it to the old system.. ie. we still have to get a HID kit, not just the globe..

theres a diy for it too on the tutorials and diy section

anyway if u find an easier or cheaper way give us a heads up though..

bly

this greatly depends on how the xenons were modified for h1s and what was done to the old system....

if your nice everything is still there and its a matter of connecting a couple of wires back

if your not just get an aftermarket HID kit

if we came down could you check?? and what globes do the xenon headlights take?
