f**k oath ... I got an Automatic 6 months Suspension for doing 50ks over! PLUS a choice of 3 months or a Behaviour year ... Had to do both!

I got told that because it was over 40ks a automatic suspension of 6 months kicks in, THEN on top of that you still have to do 1 point for a year or 3 months as a 'punishment' for losing the points ... & that's what I am having to do ... I just finished my 6 month suspension but still have 6 months on 1 point, FAIL ...

yeh the cop actualli reduced the ticket to 40 under because i was driving my mate home doin the right thing was very lucky.

it was 8 points and i had 6 accumulated already so i got a choice of 3 months suspended or 1 yr good yr good behaviour and the time is going so slow
