For Sale- s13 Silvia Rb20det

Not registered and not running, unfinished project! $3000, PM for details.

Basically all it needs is a box and tail shaft, few engine things and few interior things and some electrical work. I have all the required wiring in place.

It has:

Near new heavy duty clutch (only done a few kms)

peddlers lowered springs

after market front pipe

new big end and rod bearings

new piston rings

new front and rear main seals

new water pump

JJR silicone radiator hoses

Turbo had minimal shaft play

New clutch master cylinder

All interior is in good condition besides one small rip on the divers seat

All sound deadening removed (drift spec lol)

New floor carpet

Stock Ecu

R32 Cross member

New fuel filter

New oil filter

Wide body fibreglass front guards

Stock Ecu

Only thing about the body the two front doors and front guards are white, and the rest of the car is blue.

Needs some time and effort and should be a weapon of a drift car!!

It was previously regod and complied in vic but not in Tassie.

Pm me if ur keen. Located in Hobart, cheers

    • It's more like on average the things I see a lot of things going wrong. Yes, usually the people who reach out are the ones who are having problems but on average it feels like mechanics and tuners here aren't really competent. I swing between thinking my standards are just way too high and wondering whether people really are just this dumb. I just had the strangest 10+ reply argument on a Facebook group over someone insisting that the factory R34 GTT boost control solenoid reduces boost pressure to 5 psi when it's on and raises boost pressure to 7 psi when it's off despite showing the exact plumbing in the factory service manual and the solenoid behavior detailed in the FSM.
    • I steam cleaned my near new set of volk gtc wheels 14 years ago and farrkkked them lol. The clear coat cracked like spider webbing in several areas. Lesson learnt don't do that. ๐Ÿ˜ญ
    • If you don't touch the CAS, then you're fine.
    • Yeah, my moulds and seals are 32 years old now. I think I will continue to not use a pressure washer on it.
    • I hear the old "I'd never use a pressure washer on my motorbike" BS in the dirtbike community too.ย  The only people that have had a problem from using a pressure washer on anything are the people that aren't using them properly.ย  If you hold the wand any more than 45 cms away from pretty muchย anything (radiators, wiring connectors, paint, etc) you aren't going to cause any damage.ย  We've had detailers wreck moulds and seals on cars at work before and the only reason why is they held the pressure washer too close and on the one spot for too long.ย  If you have 5% more brain power than a detailer then you know not to not do that and you'll never have a problem.
