happy anniversary Marsbar... I gave up about 3 years ago... with nothing except will power, found it pretty easy cos I wanted to quit (if you don't REALLY want to, don't even bother trying imo)...

the part that bugs me about smoking is not that people are harming themselves, its the simple inconsideration most smokers have for other people.. smokers cant smell how bad they smell, or how disgusting cigarette smoke is.. so they dont care.. its your choice that you DO smoke, not my choice that i DONT smoke, i shouldnt be the one punished by your cigarette smoke and stench because i dont choose TO smoke... you want to smoke, rack off and do it away from others, i shouldnt have to move because you choose to smoke.... and have a breath mint for christ sake.

Wow in a few days time it will be three years for me as well
