once again late arvo you can get problems with the sun in your eyes. Best bet for a night run is late night, however I actually prefer glorious during the day. Not sure why though

after noon light is alright... came over again yeaterday arvo at 4pm...

the morning light is worse unless you have polarised glasses or helmet visor...

but to be honest the best time to go is around 11am-12pm thats when the best light is on the road an never gets in your eyes... its just magic...

well if ur talking about the best lighting conditions, late at night is best as other cars headlights give u early warning of approaching cars, especialy coming up to a corner.

That said, im keen for a mountain run anytime

Im thinking early morning is the go, i've got a mate with an STI who is also keen if he can get his clutch sorted in time. If its gonna be a saturday i'll need a couple of weeks notice so i can get the day off. Hope word spreads so we get a decent crew together.

Was thinking of doing really early morning or late night run but will probably go during the day incase anyone doesn't know the road. The shaddows mid corner can really catch you out. Safe ftw. On that note, something like a 9am meet at BP landsborough.

19th may be a problem for me cus a mate of mine is planning a weekend at goldy for this 19th... but i dono if ill go to that cus im low on cash atm... dont have the money to be blowing at the goldy, id rather blow it on fuel for this cruise lol... i should bein ill let u guys know tho.

Yeh rob lets say both cars have had slight mechanical issue's, probably from too much thrashing, back on the road now but as you would know from Friday night, the guy in the 180 seemed pretty keen to park up haha.
