well i just picked up the stagea from Carline Mufflers in Emu Plains 0247353499 (free plug for a good job) , the car has finally got some sound, and it has really opened it up, feels like a reasonable improvement in performance.

i asked the bloke to keep ground clearance to a maximum, and he did a really good job, it's lowest point is actually higher than it was with the standard exhaust, even though its now 3".

I'm just contemplating whether i should ask to keep the standard exhaust?

Unless you have intentions to re-install it later, don't bother keeping it mate. I've had my front dump and cat sitting here forever, I should get off my lazy butt and just take it down to a scrap yard...

If you're worried about being defected for noise, keep the stock exhaust
