Hi all, have an R33 GTR vspec with a nismo supercoppermix twin plate clutch, car has 340kw at all four.

Wondering how the clutch will cope with launches/fast starts?

NO problems. Have one on mine. Crica 370 RWKW. Never slipped. Plenty on 8000 RPM launches. Been on the car for 15000 kms.

Only if i am a fairy and bog the first try. Try again 5 seconds later with more revs and away she goooooooooooes haha.

You couldnt have a better clutch for streetability that can handle that kind of punishment. You could add another 100kw before you'd be taxing the upper limits of that clutch.

Mine must be on its way out cause every time I do a hard launch, the clutch feels like it's riding for a few minutes until it feels better again.

Hey Ben, do you know which version you are running as there are two types, the higher of which from memory is rated at 600HP.

I ran the lower spec version in my R33 GTR for around 4 years pushing close to 400awkw, and it was an absolute dream on the street and stood up very well at the drags.

They are a great clutch.

Hi Blitz, im not 100 percent sure as it was already on the car when I imported it, are there any numbers on the clutch that seperate the two types? Thanks
