They're steel wheeled if they're real N1's

These are not nismo turbo's going off the part numbers given.

They are steel wheeled 270 degree journal bearing r32 n1's...rated to 600ps.

1) are the exhaust wheels ceramic or steel?

2) is there any play in the shaft back and forth and if so, how much?

3) are they ball bearing or journal bearing?
