need a welder to mod a crossmember???

i have a hr31 passage auto crossmember (TOP OF PIC) & a r31 manual crossmember (BOTTOM OF PIC) that needs to be modded to fit my s2 rb25det 5 speed, as you can see in the pic the 2 holes on each side on each member are different so i need to get the crossmember on the top of the pic modded to fit up to my gearbox...

can anyone help me out please or know anyone to go to that does a good welding job?

cheers luke

It all depends on how the holes line up with the new set up, if you can use at least one of the holes on each side, in the new crossmember it wold be alot easier and from an engineering point of veiw, stronger.

PM me if you have no luck.

How about cutting off the tips off your stock crossmember putting them under the existing one and bolting them on together together? I've never dealt with this so I'm a complete noob and prob talking out of my ass but structurally that seems stronger
