Is It Possible To Remove The Clear Covers Off R33 Headlights

hi just trying to find out if it is actually possible to remove the clear covers off r33 headlights

as the inner glass in one of mine has become loose somehow and is moving around

i have tryed once before to remove these covers years back on an old 33 by taking off all those metal clips that go around the light but they still seemed very well sealed

just wondering if there is an trick to getting the covers off

any help would be great

You need to heat them up, Im sure i read a tutorial or something on it somewhere?

I think its pretty involved to do it, so you may as well either go all out & do both, clean em up etc,

or just buy another one 2nd hand or even 2 new headlights or get series 3 GTR ones

however much you want to spend i guess...

yeah was thinking of heating it up to loosen up the silicon sorta stuff on them
