pretty much ready. new pads are fitted and bedded, just need a decent bleed.

traced and sealed a couple small leaks, gonna give the engine bay and underbody a decent spray clean with a pressure wand.

tool boxes are packed, got everything from ring spanners to breakers to torque wrenches, 2lt of oil, 2 containers of brake fluid, couple litres of water, and various sealants just in case.

bringing along a fire extinguisher too, but i cant find any scrap strips of steel around, so i cant mount it in the car...

just gotta top off the jerry can, add some booster to that and the tank and im ready... more or less.

everyone still on for breakfast at Vilis 6am?

and i've decided to drive the V35 out there tomorrow so i'm back on track so to speak

I'll be there. Going to pick up the trailer in a few hours, load up then im set :(

I need to double back from my house to get fuel at the BP on Pt Wakefield by boliver (I just hope unleaded is back to $1.10 ish by then), maybe I'll see everyone coming from Villi's down pt wakefield rd (what time will everyone be passing by there approx?). When is a good time to arrive in the morning to the track?

What time do you think you'll be leaving Vilis as I'll just rock up when you're about to go - like I meant to do last time and got there just in time to see all the Skylines driving away.

And my most important mod: I finally have my clock back in the dash and working after 3 years. Surely the knowledge that my dash is complete will drop my lap times... :(

car is loaded on the trailer and all.. wow how much harder a car trailer is to drive with.. so i dont think villis is in for me.. id rather do as little driving as possible with trailer as its my first time and south road isnt really wide enough.. so ill meet at the the servo on pt wakefield.

yeah, lugging a trailer with a car on it isn't much fun - quite stressful in fact. strap her down real tight!

I've refueled, checked my tire pressures (38psi cold), and remembered my wheel chock (don't use handbrake with hot brakes!). now just have to find my long sleeved top and a cap to avoid helmet hair :( don't forget the Aeroguard! damn flies out there...

Weak! i'll be towing down South Rd all the way from Morphett Vale, this is only my second time towing a car trailer. Just stick to the middle of your lane and use your right hand mirror to see where the trailer is in regards to the white lines.
