But to answer your question, other than the hole for the cold pipe, the Reo bar needs to be trimmed, and so does the front bumper.

The only way around it, is by getting an R34 side mount.

Or, i hear the ARC return flow FMIC doesnt require cutting. But they are very pricey.

Other than that, your options for minimal cuts are the Blitz LM (perfect fitment, easy to install, have one myself) or the JJR stealth. Cheaper option, but require a little fiddling to fit.

Mine looks like it's custom made piping. It runs through the factory holes on the passenger side of the car. No cutting required. Consult your local exhaust shop!

i done the same. used factory holes and done a 180 degree turn at outlet of cooler back into factory piping. used 2 1/2 " 304 stainless piping. just about to rip out he cooler and try fit a factory XR6 turbo intercooler to see if that fits without cutting any reo.
