Is There A Way To Test The Cas?

Like the topic says... is there a way to test a CAS? No one around here has one so i can't really just swap it over to test

What are your current issues.

CAS sensors can play up in a few ways, making one test perhaps returning OK

Not sure how to test it, maybe you can find someone in your area with the same car and test your CAS on their R32 GTS-T.. a 2nd hand CAS probably looking at about $80 from a jap wrecker

If the CAS is problematic, you should be getting code 11 I think, CAS with the nissan diagnostics

Car wouldn't run or idle properly... sounded like a timing issue so i wondered if it was the CAS. Seems to be working ok now for some reason but i'll check later for any codes.

Does it drive fine otherwise?

If so, i highly doubt a CAS, as if the trigger/insides are stuffed it will always do it
