oh you are having real fun atm aren't you. there are some tutorials in the FAQ section....but put a day aside.

I've got one for sale, maybe swap for trailer ramps....

haha its always the way isnt it

i had a quick look in the workshop manaul but couldnt find it

looks like it is a dash out job :P

wounder what my chances are of cleaning the rust out of it

p.s

ramps have been sarted on just need someone here with some spare time to put them together

Not that difficult, just time consuming, atleast half a day, although if you've done it before you'll know how to get to the core without taking most of the shit out. Extreme yoga, being sliced up by metal subframes and frequent course language are all on the menu :P

Tip, as you take screws out, put them into a plastic money bag, and tap the bag to whatever panel or sumbframe theyre for, so when putting it a ll back together, you use the right screws and you wont have any left over.
