Gear Box Proble Or Clutch?

Hey guys about a year ago i got a sliding excedy heavy duty 5 puck clutch put in with a daiken cover or something and now i have a few problems, sometimes when im in first at the lights i can't go back to nutral and the car just creeps itself even when the clutch is 100 pushed in and sometimes i can't get into gears e.g when in nutral at the lights i clutch in and its very hard to get into first.

any help would be great

Try bleeding the clutch. You may have had an airlock.

Have you tried adjusting the clutch pedal?

Yep it's definitely a clutch issue, no pressure against the pressure plate. Will either be clutch pedal needing adjustment, air/leak in the hydraulic lines, not enough fluid, or stuffed clutch cylinder.

Sounds like a Cracked Pressure plate spring , only engages and disengages one side of the clutch behaves like you have described
