I's Over. Bass's Skyline Gone To New Home.

Hi All,

So yesterday, some guy came to me and took my car. He handed me a fistful of Kesh, and took my baby away.

After 7 years of ownership, better than $30k spent, several DECAs, track days, drag days, cruises, shes gone.

She went under the spray can twice, on the dyno maybe 15 times, shat a turbo once, destroyed 5 full sets of tyres, made lots of black lines at DECA and provided me with endless fun and games.

I will miss her sorely, I felt terrible when she drove away from me yesterday afternoon.

But Alas, such is life.

Post up photos of my baby and stories of her if you want.

It's a sad day in the life of Pete right now. Like Snowball said, I'm now just somebody who USED to be cool.

i'm actually feeling sad watching those pics i too have been contemplating putting my T up... but just don't know if i have the stomach for it

although, i think i would feel better if it stayed on the forum or went to someone who was a real enthusiast.

Booo, no good Pete. I'm not sure how long I've got left either....apparently 7 years of owing an R34 and being "childish" is enough for the wife, I've been told I have to get a responsible looking German car next and stop pretending I'm still 21

Had the same feeling when i sold my R34 2 years ago. Absolutely gutted when the new owner (Tharaka ) drove it away.
