before i pay. the outside of the rear tyres are worn, but have rotated them on the rim so they don't touch the ground. Now will this get throught scrutineering. and are there still spots.

hey mitch you will almost certainly be OK as long as the majority of the tyre is at a legal level. wear on small parts of the tyre are common and not an issue.

while we always want to sort out payments before the day to make organising on the day easier....but in this case we are still well short and will accept payments on the day.
