Hey all, I just need to confirm that the heating core for the skyline R33 gtst is that same as the 300zx? and is this the major cause of leakages? (as in, if i replace the heating core, will that be it? or is there more?)

I've seen the DIY article written up, looks like a fun job :P

I now realise why the previous owner had bypassed the heat option on the ac system. but even up here in qld, i'd still like to be able to control the temp, not just have it freeeeezing haha

same core but you have to swap the plastic hose fittings from ya r33 onto the new core im pretty sure thats what i did on ours

thanks mate, i might as well get 2 new tubes that go through the firewall, as one is broken and the other is looking like its about to break.

anyone got an idea of price for those 2 tubes? and the core's go for about 200ish?
