that parrot kit is designed to take control of the phone via B'tooth. this means - phone control and music control. it will play the audio via streaming.

FORGET trying to get any aftermarket hands free onto the OEM screen.

cynically if people would stop being tigharses I would have made a lead that would have allowed video out onto the screen AND control via the radio/wheel. no one want to pay for the time/R&D so it stays on paper. same goes for the hands free idea.

the info is out there - all you have to do is make it work.

  Geez, engineers fees have definitely gone up. Mine back 2007 cost me all of $300. Mind you, I had to go back to him a few times to get him to write the correct things on the report after he'd inspected it. Things like wrong exhaust size, wrong wheel sizes, etc etc.
