Prob A Dumb Question

ok i know this is a dumb question but has anyone re used a hks (or other) metal intake gasket on an rb26, the one closest to the head, i torqued it down left for a few weeks, engine hasnt been run, but now need to take the bloody part off,

or does anyone know where i can buy this particular gasket by itself in metal form without buying a whole kit

also has anyone had issue's running the stock gasket in high boost applications, say in the area of 25 psi?

can't answer the second....but I have reuused my metal intake and zorst gaskets about 50 times with no problems

You can reuse your MLS headgasket. Just remember to clean it and copper spray the gasket before installing.

The stock gaskets have been known to blow at stock boost levels due to age (or upping the boost from stock), the intake manifold and throttle body gaskets on GTRs are paper.

mmmm yeh, its not an mls the head gasket is, the intake ones are single layer steel gaskets. the vht copper spray is good stuff
